TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

When Ordering:

• It helps to consider sufficient quantities due to variations in coloring from batch to batch.  In order to cover layout changes, breakage and/or cuts, we recommend 10% to be added to all measurements.  For large orders, please call us to check on inventory levels.

• Inherent irregularities such as color, size and texture variation on individual tiles will not be guaranteed due to this unique characteristic of handmade tiles. It is completely natural for no two tiles to be identical.   

• On traditional Talavera, crazing and crackling is completely natural. This may appear before or after installation; contrasting grout colors may enhance this effect. 

• Installation of our products constitutes acceptance and absolutely no returns and/or exchanges will be accepted. 

• All Returns must be approved by One World Tile Management and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Buyer is solely responsible for the selection, suitability and accuracy of quantities of tile for Buyer's intended installation and use.

 

Pricing:

• Prices are subject to change, due to fuel, transportation and manufacturing increases, without notice. Please call to verify!

 

Sales Tax:

• Arizona and New Mexico residence will be charged sales tax.

 

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a shipment is undeliverable, or delivered to an incorrect address (incorrect zip code, PO. Box, missing apartment, etc) due to customer error, the customer will be charged for both the original shipping charges and the re-shipment charges.

• For customers who cancel returned orders, you will be charged a restocking fee of 25% and shipping charges will not be refunded.

• Refused merchandise at time of delivery will incur return shipping or freight charges in addition to a restocking fee. Please be advised that the customer will be responsible for the product to be shipped back to One World Mexican Tile located in either Las Cruces or Phoenix.

• One World Tile uses UPS as its default carrier.  Any orders over 150 lbs. will be shipped by other means.

 

Damaged Tile:

• All tile that is shipped by One World Tile is insured for its full amount.

• Buyer is responsible for the inspection of all material when received.

• If returning damaged merchandise, you MUST follow all UPS or Freight Carrier return instructions or any claims will NOT be honored. Please be advised that carriers have time limits on when you can file a claim.

• Actions in case of damaged Tile:

• Take note (in writing) of any external damage to the cartons.  Photographs are helpful!

• You must notify One World Tile within 48 hrs. of receiving your tile.  You may also be required to notify the shipping carrier within 48 hrs. of receiving merchandise.

• Buyer may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.  If buyer is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier, he/she will have to follow all of the carrier's instructions. 

• When the client is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier, he/she will receive reimbursement directly from the carrier.  In this case, buyer is responsible for paying for new replacement tiles.

 

Returns:

• If your shipment is incorrect from the order you placed, please call us so we may arrange for a return for the incorrect item and replace it at no cost to you. The item must include its original packaging. Please allow approximately 5 business days for return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

• All returns must be approved by One World Tile and are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless there is an error on your order.

• No returns and/or exchanges will be allowed after 15 days of receiving your tile.

• Returns and/or exchanges shall be shipped back to One World Mexican Tile at buyers cost and must be fully insured.

• One World Tile has made every effort to correctly represent tile colors.  Due to the fact that we can not guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate, the buyer is responsible for purchasing samples to ensure desired color.  One World Tile will not be responsible for exchanging or accepting a tile return due to improper color selection.

• Retuned merchandise MUST be returned fully insured and by the same shipping method that was used to ship the product to you. If we receive your return items broken and the tiles are not insured, we will be unable to issue refund or credit. A tracking number must be included with return.

• Unless One World Mexican Tile has made an error to your order, shipping can not be refunded.
