Bathroom and Shower

We have a detailed checklist that we go over with you in order to get the perfect functionality of your bath and shower. Some items of consideration include; Niches, drain type, curb or curbless, preferred preparation method, (Schluter, hardi backer and HPG/Redgaurd, or mud set), Tile or Stone, product size and shape, edge profile abailability, layout and accents if desired. It truly is all in the details!

Flooring

A great tile installation is not possible without a flat floor. Prior to 1 piece of tile going down, we work to make sure that we have a level substrate. Next, if there are any concrete issues (surface cracks or control joints) they are addressed. Layout is the next step. It is imperative in achieving the look you are striving for. As part of this process, we go over base board, tile direction (north-south, east west) and layout type (straight set, staggered, diagonal, third offset or random and grout spacing). Manufacturers specs and physical inspection indicate what is and is not possible. After selecting the proper thinset for the application (LFT, modified, non sag, etc) installation begins.

Floor Sealing and Restoration

Wether it is a new Saltillo or Travertine installation or one that has been neglegted for ages, we have you covered. We have been sealing and refinishing floors for over 20 years. We can remove and replace problematic tiles, dye tiles(Saltillo), repair grout joints, change the color of grout joints, seal grout joints, deep clean and reseal your existing floor or start from scratch. You may choose to keep the look natural or enhance and darken, the choice is yours. We use only top quality materials from Sparks Southwest. They have been in business since 1948, specializing in Saltillo and stone sealers. We stay up to date with all of the proper techniques to give you long lasting look with minimal maintenance.
